Common questions

Is the game rigged? No, and you can check. Every deck is shuffled from a key before the deal, the table shows the key's fingerprint, and Hand History reveals the key afterwards. Tap Verify, or use the checker on this site.

Can the bots see my cards? No. Each bot decides from its own two cards, the board and the betting.

I ran out of chips. When your bankroll drops under 100 and you're not at a table, the lobby offers a free 1,000. Chips are never sold.

Why did I lose to a worse-looking hand? Open the hand in History: the result line says exactly why the winner won, and every player's cards are shown after the hand.

Restoring the purchase on a new device: Settings, then Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account.

My progress: it's stored on your device only. Deleting the app deletes it.
